This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/services that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to any such sellers/third party vendors listed elsewhere or on the Platform.

2. In case of any refunds approved by Sponco Consulting Pvt Ltd, it will take 7-14 business/working days for the refund to be credited.
