With an MBA in marketing and over 20 years of experience in this dynamic industry,
Subramanian (Subu) is a visionary deal maker who has consistently delivered innovative and successful partnerships and is committed to driving measurable value to brands.
Previously, Subu was co-founder and CEO of Entco Media, which was acquired by Paris head-quartered Believe Music in 2019. Subsequently, he served as CEO of Believe Entertainment for a period of 4 years.

Warren de Sylva
Co-Founder
A career spanning 20 years, Warren's work sits at the intersection of culture, commerce and storytelling — designing immersive experiences that create long-term brand equity, while as a creative strategist at Sponco Consulting, he partners closely with brands to define their cultural narrative and navigate the live entertainment landscape.
Previously, Warren co-founded Entco Media along with Subramanian Iyer in 2012. Post its acquisition by Believe Music in 2019, Warren served as Chief Creative Officer of Believe Entertainment for a period of 4 years.

Reynold D'silva
Director
Reynold D’Silva, Founder & CEO of the Silva Screen Group, is a pioneering force in the global music industry with a career spanning over five decades.
He has released over 1,000 albums and built a catalog of 200,000+ works across major South Asian music companies. He preserved music history by acquiring the Montagu Square apartment in London once home to Lennon, McCartney, Hendrix, and Starr.
At Sponco Consulting, Reynold plays a key role as Director, driving the company’s global expansion and unlocking international access across music, culture, and entertainment ecosystems.
